Wonder & Wow Photography retains the copyright of all images taken.
All photos downloaded remain the property and ownership of Wonder & Wow.

The client is authorised by means on a non-exclusive licence to use the photos solely for the limited purposes of their own personal use.
Clients intending to use a photo for any commercial purposes must first receive written authorisation and consent from Wonder & Wow prior to downloading.
Any photo to be shared on any Social media platform must use the image with the Wonder & Wow watermark logo.
Any full resolution photo downloaded without the Wonder & Wow logo can only be used for personal use / printing purposes.
The Client hereby agrees that any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on wonderandwow.com/ and wonderandwow.pixieset.com/ may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Unauthorised use of our imagery includes, but is not exclusive to, copying, screen grabs, reproducing, republishing, modifying, uploading, transmitting, or distributing any of such materials without the prior written consent of wonderandwow.com/ and wonderandwow.pixieset.com/. This also includes posting online in any format, on any site, without prior permission.
Images are not to be sold or given to any third parties.
Print order fulfilment order through wonderandwow.pixieset.com/ is handled by Loxley Colour, award winning UK printers.
Digital downloads are non-refundable.
Photography booking sessions require a £50 deposit to secure your date and time.
Wedding bookings require a deposit of £250.
Please note deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations.
The remaining wedding payment is required in full 30 days before the wedding day.
Booking dates are transferable to another date if at least 5 days' notice is given and if the date is available with us.
Deposits and booking fees will be deducted from the cost of your session. For portrait sessions the balance is payable either prior or at your appointment.
By booking a photographic session with Wonder & Wow you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.
By purchasing / downloading any digital or ordering any hard copy images from Wonder & Wow / wonderandwow.pixieset.com/ you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.
